For the population we serve at each of our health centres, East Arkansas Family Health Center (EAFHC) offers complete primary and preventative health care services. We provide transportation, laboratory, radiology, ophthalmology, dentistry, pharmaceutical, and medical services. Additionally, we offer behavioural health evaluations, diabetic and cardiovascular wellness programmes, nutrition education, HIV/AIDS care, and preventive health tests. With a total of seven primary care physician offices and an HIV/AIDS care facility, we are situated in the counties of Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips.
In relation to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals, this health centre gets money from the Health and Human Services (HHS) and has Federal PHS considered status.
